Please review the update on the COVID19 Tab. Effective Wednesday, July 15th. All passengers checking in at the ticket offices in St. Barbe, Blanc Sablon and Goose Bay will be required to wear a mask. Refusal to do so will cause denial of access to the ticket office. Masks will also be required for passengers onboard the Qajaq and the Kamutik should physical distancing be an issue. Please ensure you come prepared.
The Chief Medical Officer has provided a new order for the wearing of masks that will be effective Monday, August 24th. Please note the following as regards passengers travelling on the Qajaq W and the Kamutik W.
When you board the vessel and have to travel in the lounge areas all passengers will be required to wear a mask to get from their vehicle to the lounge. It can only be removed when you are seated in the areas designated and are physical distancing from others. Should you leave your seat to go to washroom, cafeteria, etc. the mask must be worn.

This rule is in effect to help prevent the spread of COVID19 within our communities. All customers are urged to follow the Chief Medical Officers direction; it’s up to all of us to help protect each other.

Please be advise that travel to/from coastal Labrador Communities is by reservation only. Travel is restricted to local residents only.
Please be advised, that due to limited space reservations, will only be booked for local passengers. Residents of the following communities are the only passengers who will be accommodated for travel:
If you arrive at the ticket office or vessel you may be required to provide ID. If it is determined you are not a resident you will be denied access to the vessel. This is regardless whether or not you hold a reservation. This is a vital service for movement of local residents and with the limited passenger capacity available we must ensure those passengers can be accommodated.
